What to expect when you visit

Respect

You will always be treated with respect at the Good Neighbours Care Centre.

In return, we ask that you do the same for staff members, fellow guests and our shop.

Showing your ID

*Please be prepared to show Photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, Ontario Photo Card or similar) at each visit.

If you are picking up food for your family, please bring ID for each family member.

We are not able to make exceptions.

Waiting Outside

We wish we could have everyone wait inside out of the elements, but at the moment, this is just not possible.

Wait times vary, but plan for at least 30 minutes. In busy periods, the wait can be to up two hours.

What’s available:

•clothes for adults, babies and children, household items, personal items, toys

• frozen meat, canned food, pasta, rice, peanut butter, condiments, pasta sauce, cereal, tea, coffee, milk, eggs etc.

On the same visit, you can also collect fruit, vegetables, bread, pastries
